Leadership Ready is a summer leadership and career exploration program offered by the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Randolph County CLIMB. Designed for rising high school sophomores and juniors, this June program connects students with local business and industry leaders while introducing them to career pathways and educational opportunities available right here in Randolph County. Leadership Ready helps students build awareness, confidence, and connections—encouraging the next generation to learn, grow, and stay engaged in our community.

Leadership Ready Sponsors

Leadership Ready Program Sponsorship – $250

Businesses and organizations are invited to support Leadership Ready 2026 through a $250 program sponsorship. Sponsorship helps provide local high school students with a meaningful leadership and career exploration experience right here in Randolph County.
As a sponsor, your business name will be recognized on the back of the official Leadership Ready program t-shirt, which each student receives and wears throughout the program. Each participant is provided two shirts that are worn daily, giving your business visible recognition while supporting the development of our community’s future workforce and leaders.
Your investment helps connect students with local employers, career pathways, and leadership opportunities while encouraging them to learn, grow, and stay engaged in Randolph County.

Randolph County CLIMB

Randolph County CLIMB is a youth mentoring organization dedicated to empowering young people with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed in school, careers, and life. Through a combination of mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on learning opportunities, CLIMB connects students with positive role models and real-world experiences that inspire growth and ambition. As a 100% volunteer-driven organization, CLIMB is powered entirely by dedicated community members who are passionate about investing in local youth. The organization works closely with schools, businesses, and community partners to provide programs that build character, encourage civic engagement, and prepare youth for future workforce opportunities. By investing in the potential of local students, Randolph County CLIMB, Inc. is helping to cultivate a stronger, more resilient community for generations to come.
